Trojan Horse Dialer.7.B

ok avg detects a Trojan Horse Dialer.7.B
then says to run scan to remove it yet it is still here
downloaded ad-aware, spysweeper, trojan remover which made me wonder why people would buy such things
freeware CWShredder seemed to do something
so now i rely on human help

avg says its a file located in temp folder called svshost so i deleted it
also short cuts appear on desktop Fast Loans and Online Pharmacy
in favorites theres vip free po*n

and also my homepage changes to about:blank every so often and the only thing spy sweeper seems to be able to do is restore it back
i then checked R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,SearchURL = about:blank
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = about:blank and fix cheked - only to find that next time i run hijack this it is somehow restored

i regularly deleted temp internet files
