When I used Kav, I sent a probable virus to Kaspersky, 30 minutes later I recived an answer that confirm a new virus, see post nº 12.

As I said, bad experience with Kav 6.0.30b

    Kaspersky answer:
    Hello.
New malicious software was found in the attached file.

    Trojan-Proxy.Win32.Horst.bl

Please update your bases nomore later.
    Thank you.

    Please quote all when answering.

I understand, however currently this is Eset's way, hopefully in the future they will at least have some form of automated response.

    Cheers :D

No pykko nobody officialy from Eset give me an answer or only Thank you for your mail sent to Eset or something like that as I said, kaspersky do.
I hope this will change with Nod3.0

I think that people who send probable virus or virus detected by other antivirus, wil be happy if eset give an aswer or just Thank you.
Sorry if I say twice the same, it's difficult to me translate from spanish to english.
