Trojan and virus?

Thanks to Ewido, I found out I had some files with PSW.Qukart.gen, PSW.Qukart.F, and it was unsure if BackDoor.Padodor.2.AL was a trojan or virus,in system32 files, AVG got rid of those, but, I had a bunch of files that wouldn't open, I read about deleting index.dat files and got rid of them.
D/L'd Tauscan scanner too.
All these with FireFox0.9, never heard of Qukart before?

Now, my registry keeps wanting to change from MRU/run once to MRU/cookies, then today it wanted to change to MRU/ -CC!!!
I assumed it had something to do with CCleaner that time, tho don't know why? Anyway I know nada about the registry, so Help? (C/Program Files/MRU-Blaster/mrublaster.exe/ -CC) I checked NO until I could find out what was going on.

From the little prog, Reprot. It still says it, thanks for reading this, if you know if I should keep -CC(?) I would like to know what it means first!
