Trojan Agent.Wek infiltration!

    Help! NOD32 found a trojan agent.wek on my computer and I cannot remove it! NOD32 erases the file which generates in my sys-directory: "D:\System Volume Information\_restore{A9813B5F-5E0B-4822-B7FA-111DF80F11D4}" in self generated directories but NOD32 keeps reporting me! I have accesed the _restore direcory, erased everything and disabled restore function! And after 2 days new folder \_restore{B34... etc is generated and new trojan! o_O I also tried "Ad-aware SE personal" and many programs but neither cleaned it! Can anybody help me with this?
