trial version or error in my computer

    Using the trial version of true image 8.0 I have created a image with password, when trying the "check image" I got a message "the selected files is not an Acronis True Image archive"
    I tried this again with the same result.
    Is it something of the trial version or some problem in my computer ?

    This is not the restriction of the trial version - it allows you to verify the image. Could you please send a letter to support@acronis.com with the detailed description of how you created the image and how you are trying to verify it. The screenshots of your actions would be of great help to us.

    Before you send a letter please make sure you are trying to verify the image with the latest build (791) of Acronis True Image. You may find the build number at "Help" -> "About" tab.
