you need no password for trial version.
But can you give more details? What heppened? Does NOD require any password?

When setting up scanning parameters you are able to password protect them. Then a password is required to uninstall as well.

 

Yes, u're right. I didn't think to that. Perhaps this is kickray's problem.

My pc install a trial version one year ago. I think once crack can be used for a long time. recently, Nod does not update, so i start remove it, but, the when uninstall, it requires me to give password in order to uninstall.

i am confused.

 

Unless one of us is a mind reader Guess it is up to him to remember the password. Although seems I remember a thread some where on the board that explains how to find or work around the problem.

i found myself already on my own.

i also bought a real version, i can install, but without update and cannot uninstall as well

i think only professionals can help me

u need to uninstall the trial version before installing the full version.

What WSFuser has suggested already is the method you need to use. Follow the link he posted and the instructions will get you unlocked so you can uninstall.
Once completely uninstalled (and then delete the ESET folder) then you can install your new paid version.

This may or may not work with a cracked version, as who knows in what state the software is after it is cracked
