    I have a fully licensed version of TrueImage Workstation 9.1. For the past two builds, when I install the update and then try to run a backup, I get the following:

    1 Error 7/27/2006 7:00 AM The Trial version of Acronis True Image Workstation has expired.
    2 Error 7/27/2006 7:00 AM Operation has completed with errors.

    Last time it happened I comp[letely uninstalled and then reinstalled and all was well. Now it has happened again with the latest build. Why are these new builds not able to determine that I have a licensed version? This is getting old.

    Hello Bob,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Workstation Disk Backup Software.

    We are very sorry for the delay with the response.

    Could you please provide us with the following information?

    - Reproduce the problem and collect Acronis True Image log which can be saved from Tools -> Show Log -> Diskette icon;

    - Make a screen shot of the Help -> About menu accessible via the main program window showing the full version name and build number (see the example below)?

    - Double click on the product installation file, choose 'Properties', go to 'Version' tab and make a screen shot (see the example below);

    - Calculate MD5 checksum of the installation file using eXpress CheckSum Calculator and let us know the result;

    - Create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

    Then please submit a request for technical support. Provide the files and information collected in your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.

    Ok, next time it happens I will do that.

    Bob

    P.S. Apologies for my first incorrect posting, I thought you were replying to another issue that I had posted just yesterday.
