Trial Install Failed

    When installing the trial software I received an error message stating
    "E00640003 Acronis installation program encountered the error #1620.." (you know the rest)

    Unfortunately I am very interested in this program manly for OSS and would like to try it before I buy it. Does anyone know how this is resolved?

    ok, i got the top problem solved.. now i'm getting an error saying,,

    What does that even mean? I am the administrator on this PC and it is the only account on this installation of XP. How is this corrected?
