there you have some hotfix for the 2011 version,maybe some of then will help you

 

already did that. the last suggestion was to add the hotfix for the 3.0.x build, which is superseded by the 3.1.x version of the product, and is replaced upon update to the current product version. also suggested was contacting support which was an utter waste of time. don't really have any desire to try that again.
