I was browsing via Trend Micro Beta portal.
And beta for non-english version of Trend Micro Internet Security Pro 2009 is now open at:

The language for which beta versions are available are: Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Russian, Norweigian, Spanish and Swedish.

Enterprise users may be interested in, Worry-Free Business Security v5.1 beta.

Also Trend Micro Mobile Security (TMMS) 5.1 beta is open.

TMMS 5.1 adds the following features:

Encryption / authentication for Symbian S60 3rd Edition (E61, E61i, and E90) devices
Feature Lock – the ability to prevent access to WM features such as Wifi, Bluetooth, Cameras, etc.
Over-the-Air Remote Device Lock/Unlock – When a device is lost or stolen, lock it down
