    Hi,

Tick the following items, close all browser windows, choose fix checked. Then reboot

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7B3E85F3-9877-FD6B-139F-065BACF9C110} - (no file)

That file is in System Restore. Follow the instructions here to turn it off, reboot, then turn it back on
    http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPOR...2001111912274039?OpenDocument&src=sec_doc_nam

After which, it would be wise to create a new restore point by running System Restore
