Ok I installed Trend AV+ and there is no way around but to uninstall WSA first but after install of Trend and I installed WSA and I see no issues with the two IMO. Win 8.1 Pro x64

Having dealt with the Best Buy Subscriptions, of which both Webroot and Trend Micro are partners, having to remove Trend first would indeed be what I would expect. Usually the same with Kaspersky as well.

Install the OTHER AV first, then WSA, and things will usually work in my experiences so far.

I wanted to try TM out but from what i have read it can be a bit of a drag and slow down the computer a little to much for me.

And Memory usage and the number of processes on idle. One thing I see that Trend is using a fair amount of CPU but they are running very well on a VM!

for me trend seemed great at first and smoking fast but as time went on the system grew more sluggish. not horribly bad but noticeable. i will not use it due to having no advanced options though

Same here, whats the point of useing antivirus if it slows things down, its like having a virus.

I don't like to get slowed down at all..even a little bit..that's probably why i am still using WSA.
