Transition from Trial to Purchase Problems

    Tried and was impressed with NOD32 30 day trial. Lost track of the days of course. Didn't get any reminders until today when I was told I was 2 days over. Attempted to purchase immediately, received the order confirm email, but not the second. Updates are shut down and I can't get a response from eset in over 9 hrs. Don't like weak links in the chain. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks.
