    Hi
I have parallel XP boot. The second one is a bare XP SP2 where I’m testing it. is not loaded with any program, meaning I cannot tell whether there is/are conflicts with other 3rd party program(s) or not. So far so good. hope it helps

Maybe if you could post a few screen shots with a brief description of the overall effect which may help?

    You are welcome
indeed it looks good. My chlidren like it
    would like to add that:
1-it can be customized during and/or after installation
2-it can be uninstalled via add/remove you'll get 2 options. see pic

selecting "yes" you go back to intial XP state without any problem. selecting "no" you are left with desktop theme only(no bars,no extras). see pic below.

I have 640 Ram and it's very slow for me.
It also leaves many files behind under c:\windows when you uninstall.

If you don't mind that, I guess it's ok.....

i tried the crystal transforamtion pack before but i dont remember any problems with memory usage (i didnt check but i had 512mb anyways). for me i think the problem was stability. now i just use visual styles and iconpackager.

i'd still like to try it, but i'm scared to. has anyone else installed it without any problems?

WSFuser, the start button is black, when you hover on it it goes very dark green, then when clicked it's like the screen shot above.

well u can always uninstall it if u dont like it or if it causes problems. a system restore point couldnt hurt either. either way i say go for it and good luck. :)

I installed it with TotalUninstall and can confirm that it does leave quite alot behind when you uninstall it.

I like the desktop very much, but the pale blue colours that everything else is made to look like made me uninstall it, everything looks the same and more difficult to read, but very beautifull desktop. Just my opinion. :)

read more info about it in my post(14) you dont need to create a restore point coz the install automatically creates one for you.if however you want to uninstall it select "yes" see the first pic in my post (12) it cleans it self very well. not fully satisfied then use the restore point. so far no problem or mess-up on my XP-SP2.
    Gluck

    Hi
you could have clicked "NO" [see the first pic in my post(12)] to keep the desk top and the original XP icons see the 2nd pic in post (12).

if it's possible to install it using Total Unistall, then i can use the uninstaller i use, Ashampoo's.

i just came across this link. it explians abit about the resource hit
that's just one of the 5 programs it uses. however, it seems the other programs use less resoures.
