I dont know if Totalcommander does check the copy/write action, but I guess so. I have used it for 13 years and have not had any problems with the copy&write actions.

You could check at their forum if you dont get the answer you´re looking for here.

I am one of these guys that change software more often than my underwear, but I have hard time to let it go after all these (13!?) years, even though I´ve found a more powerful (imo) filemanager, but even though I like xyplorer I just can not untrain me from the Totalcommander way of doing things :)
But you could try it before you get sucked into Totalcommander swamp :)

Uuhh..does that show somehow? How do one know if it does that?
I just copy the files (that goes for any file manager I try). Small files, big files, strange files, many files - it is all about two digits....never happened to me that a file copy or move has gone bad because of the file manager. Has it happened to you?

You could try using TeraCopy. It has an option to integrate with Total Commander.

If a file fails to copy, you can check the window to see which file failed. It also shows the CRC hash before/after copying.
