Pumped, Do you have a ticket #, or webform response I can look at? Perhaps an email subject title I can search through? Sorry for your inconvenience, one of our techs is playing with the Cerberus API which is supposed to pickup the webform messages, if you sent it via that way. I noticed an issue with it a couple weeks ago that could have led to loss of messages via webform. Steve
I used the contact form on webpage and i also sent a email, its from a hotmail account, stating before buying. Questions are. I need secure surfing, encrypted so my isp cant log me. Hide my ip, i was wondering if there is any limitation on the bandwidth or can i use it all that i want. Dont know what service to buy and im located in Sweden so i still need good speed.
