Tor Newbie Questions

    Hi,

    Recently installed portable Tor and using portable FF. Vista firewall is used.

    Advanced mentions password. Can someone explain?

    Network. I am not seeing any red pinpoints, or green lines? Yes, I am connected.

    Settings: Configuration Dialog. Can't find?

    Tor Netwrok Map:

    Relays ca. 1500. Are all these used?

    What do the boxes with ? mean?

    What do the boxes with black and yellow horizontal bands mean?

    Does Tor use much broadband usage?

    Ps. How can I know that Tor is secure and safe to use?
