Tor and Keeping Same IP Address

    I'm a Tor n00b and I want to keep my ip address the same for a certain site that I visit. I've been told that I could use something called TrackHostExits to do this. Would anyone here be willing to walk me through the process of doing this? I would really appreciate this.
