    This is Cicely from IObit.

Your program---ESET NOD32 Antivirus 4, Version of virus signature database: 6442(20110906) reports our program TurboBoost.exe which is one part of Advanced SystemCare 5 as a unkown NewHear_PE virus. Here is the scan result from VirusTotal.

    Snipped: link to VT removed

This is absolutely a false positive. Our program is high-test, absolutely without any virus, spyware or any other threats. TurboBoost.exe is an advanced tool to help optimize and speed up computer. And the new version of Advanced SystemCare 5 is scheduled to be released recently.

Please solve this issue as soon as possible. We attached the reported file TurboBoost.exe (rename the file TurboBoost.txt as TurboBoost.exe) so that you can look into it. Or download the file here

Please contact us at: support2@iobit.com for more information.

    Thanks for your speedy reply.
