Too much Stamps on single email

    Hi

    We have a Server with Exchange v2.7 and all workstation upgrade to EAV v3. After I setup a new RAv3 on Server and Console. It's all worked done.

    So Our two employees are in the office. Carl sent the to Jule (Secretary) email. She received and saw the four or five stamps on single email.


    Carl (EAV v3) ---> MS Exchange Mail ---> Server with XMON ---> Jule (EAV v3)

    Why lots stamps on single email ? Who known that problem to resolve ?

    Have you tried installing v. 4.0.437 to see if it makes a difference?

    No, You are never know..

    I found a resolved, If you have too much stamps on single email.

    Email Protection under the Advanced Setup and show a "Notifications box"

    If you have both selected is "To all scanned email" means alway too much stamps on every scanner.

    Change select to "To infection email only" will once stamp when got a infection report. Other normal or non-infection email won't stamp it.

    That simply !. ;)
