Dear fellows maybe you can help me out,

I have bought the regdefend and appdefend so recently but I coudn't set
them up to stopping polling too many annoying polling messages and splash
screen at the windows start up. I asked the software to remember the
applications and the windows processes but it doen't really work them up.But maybe you have a clue and a solution in order to configure them all right at all.I have wriiten down to the ghost security support team but they do not reply at all, even you are a registered customer. Thus, I am very disappointed with GhostSecurity Customer Service. I have already pasted down with the information about my order number and the receipt but they simply do not answer me.Best regards. otto

Looks like Jason is busy :S

I can't really help ya about regdefend prompt.
    Use the lastest tony ruleset:

    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=85131

This is about the rigth number of popup.

About appdefend i can tell you this:
Set execution and start application to allow.
If you have a firewall set network access to allow.

Those three set to alwais allow, you'll have way less "false alarm"
and appdefend should only alert on dangerous things

this thread is a good start to know how to configure appdefend.

However you should remember that GSS is all about user awareness.
If an user is aware of what happen on his system he is more secure.
This is not a buy once... you are not safe - product.

:D this is the price you have to pay for strong security software, gss is with antihook one of the best products on the market but is indeed sometimes very very annoying

Some aspects of Windows (and 3rd party utilities) load before AppDefend can successfully ASK the user what to do. In this instance setting the applications to BLOCK if you can see them in the log will stop them from running.

This has been addressed in the next build.
