Tobu - new freeform information organizer

Some time ago I started a small thread called Information and document processing? with the intention of developing a better way to organize my documents, of which I have thousands. Some interesting suggestions were made there.

Now I have come across an interesting new freeeware application Tobu, a desktop-based note taking application that allows you to use multiple tags to categorize notes of all kinds.

It is still in beta yet shows great promise. A full review of it can be found here.
