Any recommendations as to what program could be used to replace these two? Replies will be appreciated and I would thank you in advance.

to replace boclean, go for threatfire, it works in a slightly different way but it is just as effective and the free version has a rootkit scanner and various configurations for more advanced use, and if you want it simple just leave it to the default settings.
to replace snoopfree, you could use keyscrambler which is useful when using IE/Firefox/other browsers since you are less likely to have card details stolen.

Prevx and ThreatFire are both excellent programs, both have free versions (though Prevx's free version only detects malware).
