To Acronis Support: Where is my confirmation Mail???

    Hello Support,

    yesterday I did write here that I purchase TI 9 in the Online Shop from Acronis Homepage for 34,55 EU with my mastercard.

    Now... I'm wating 24 h and no confirmation mail with serial number etc is coming :-((

    I think thats to long!!!!!

    All other TI since TI 6 which I purchased ,the confirmation Mail was come in few minutes!!!

    What happened?

    My Mail to Acronis Contact yesterday ... no answer...as usually..:-(

    I have the same problem also, paid for an upgrade + 1 new licence.

    I have noted that no charge has yet appeared on my CC statement, so maybe Digital River are a bit slow in processing at the moment.
