TI9 Workstation Problem

    When I use True Image 9.1 Workstaion to save a backup image to a network drive I get the following warning.

    I have used previous versions of True Image 9 to save images to this location with no problem. I have used chkdsk /f on this NTFS volume and found no problems. If I click "Yes" to proceed with the backup, I get a failure with a "Network disconnected" error part way through the backup.

    Has anyone else seen this crazy behavior from TI9W?

    That message seems to be a new "feature", however (for me) backup procedes normally (across the network) after the message.

    Thanks for the reply. After you complete the backup, does the Rescue CD see the image?

    Yes, that message is wrong.

    Good to hear. I figured the message was wrong, but I couldn't find out as my network backups won't complete.

    You can find the full version name and build number by going to Help -> About... menu in the main program window;

    - Create Acronis Report and Windows System Information for both computer Acronis True Image 9.1 Workstation is installed on and computer where the network share you try to save your image to is located as it is described in Acronis Help Post;

    - When exactly the image creation process fails and gives you an error message stating that the "Network disconnected"?

    - Provide the exact text of this error message;

    - Describe your network structure in more details.
