Does TI8b889 officially support the 3ware 8506-4LP SATA hardware RAID card?

I seeing back up times exceeding two days for ~100GB with compression off or on (normal).

The built-in WindowsXP backup completes in about 12 hours.

    thanks.

    Hello mikehd,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please download Acronis True Image 8.0 trial version (903 build), then create Acronis Bootable CD and try to boot from it in order to make sure it will recognize your drive correctly.

Also please note that Acronis True Image works with all the hard disk drives detected by the operating system under Windows.

    Thank you.

I've got b903 downloaded and will test once my current backup is completed somtime this week

The RAID5 array is fully detected by Windows as a single 900GB drive. This drive is on a separate computer on my LAN. I can move large files (GB) to it easily using Windows drag and drop.

Note: I have a full version of Acronis TI8, not the trial version.
