TI7 and VMWare ESX 1.5

    I have been trying to get the Recovery CD to boot in a VMWare session on ESX with no luck.
    I have Created:
    A Full (Original f11.cfg)
    A Safe (Original f11.cfg)
    A Full (F11.cfg with acpi=off)
    A Safe (F11.cfg with acpi=off)

    The VM Session will boot to the CD and display the Splash Screen for a few seconds and then I get a solid black screen.

    I have booted these same disks on VMWare Workstation 4.0 and GSX Server 2.0 and they worked fine.

    I'm just trying to save time from converting Workstation or GSX virtual files to ESX files but this my be my only solution.

    Does the Boot CD support the AMD NIC drivers that VMWare uses?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
