I am evaluating TI10 (build 4942) in order to see whether to purchase it or not. I am running Vista Home Basic.

I am trying to run a simple backup of "My Documents" and all the subfolders, making a full backup to DVD. The total amount of data is around 600MB.

After making much progress, the process seems to stop, eject the DVD and ask me to insert the last volume, then click "Retry" or "Cancel". I just put the DVD back in, click "Retry" and then the process resumes. When I look at the log, there is an error, details below:

    Module 1
    Error (Code) 1,001 (0x103E9)
Details: "Failed to open the file Mak Laptop CPQ Backup - May 2007.tib for read: 262,155

This has now happened in 2 attempts.

I don't know why this is happening, but unless I know this can be resolved, then the evaulation may not go that well.

    Please can someone advise?
