TI version 8 image creation error

I am using True Image 8.0 build 786 on a Windows XP SP2 machine and trying to create a backup image for the first time. I was able to create the boot disk but get an an error (E0064006 1722 the RPC server is unavailable when I try to create an image. Any help would be appreciated.

We are really sorry for the inconveniences.

To solve the problem please do the following:

1. Make sure that the "Acronis Scheduler 2 Service" (Administrative Tools -> Services) Startup type is set to Automatic in Properties. If it is not, make it so. Also make sure it is currently running.

2. If the above does not help, run the schedhlp.exe and schedul2.exe manually in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\Schedule2.
