TI-9 Won't create secure zone

    I just upgraded to TI-9 and tried to create the secure zone, but it failed to create n the selected drive.

    I have created a report.txt and system.txt but this post won't let me upload either of them to you. You can download the report.txt at the following link:

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please tell us what build do you use? Could you please also clarify how have you tried to create the Acronis Secure Zone(i.e. from Windows or while booted from the Bootable CD)? Please make a screen shot with the error message. Please also clarify if there is any record in the log of Acronis True Image after you fail to create the Secure Zone.

    Please send gathered information (and report.txt you have made) to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
