TI 9 product registration broken

    I purchased the TI9 upgrade (big mistake) yesterday and registered it.

    TI 9 isn't listed as one of my registered products but if I try to re-register it I am told that my serial number is already registered.

    Please fix this so I can (hopefully) get a version of TI 9 fairly soon that works.

    Please send a letter containing your serial number and e-mail address that you used to register the software to support@acronis.com along with the information about your purchase of Acronis True Image 9.0 (order number, e-mail, where did you purchase our product, etc.) and the link to this thread.
