TI 8 with HP Pavilions

Hello!
I have installed TI 8 build 826 on my new XP Pro SP2 machine, made a Full back up image and all is working well! I also want to purchase and install TI 8 on a new HP Pavilion machine with XP Home Sp2 with Serial ATA Hard drives, C: and D: for backup. I recently saw a thread on this forum (can't find it) where someone was having problems with TI 8 on their HP Pavilions. Is this still a problem or has that issue been solved? Appreciate any help on this issue! Thanks!

You will probably find that your question is too generic. If you search this forum for the word Pavilion you'll see that the problems highlighted depend very much on which model you are talking about.
