Since a few days I use TrueImage Vers. 8 with the latest Update. When i make an image with this version and proof it, TI says "the image is damaged".
When I trie to proof an Image from Version 7, the same message appears. I tried to copy back an image made by Vers. 8 to my hard disk; the same message appears.
    Is Vers. 8 defect?

I have used Vers. 7 very likely but now I have no trust in "Compute with confidence".

I send an eMail to Acronis, but no answer.

Does anyone have the same problem?

    Best regards

    Mathias

When you e-mailed your query to support@acronis.com you should have received an automated response which contained a tracking serial number in the subject heading. This is number Ilya wants you to send to him via this forums Private Message (PM) service.

To send him a PM you need to click on the words "Acronis Support" that are in green at the top of his reply to you. This will take you to the Acronis Support "View Profile" window where, under "Contact Info", you'll find a link to "Send a private message to Acronis Support". Click on this and you'll be taken to the "Send new message" page where you can compose and send your message.

    Regards
