    Problem 1: Boot cd still hangs if I do not have media inserted into my SanDisk
    memory card reader or have it un-plugged..

    2: Still get program (TRDw) not responding when I shut down
    windows xp if I have initiated TI under windows..

    Acronis has been trying to fix these 2 problems since ver 7 of TI..They always
    ask for the same info (input) over & over..They must put it in file 13..

    We do apologize for the problem being not solved yet. Could you tell me your Acronis request number and also explain please what TRDw is?

    Thank you.

    I guess I trashed the e-mail with the request number..Acronis needs to tell me
    what TRd ww is..The message I get is:

    "End Program TRd ww:C:\program files\Acronis\....."

    I always get this when I shut down windows xp if I have initiated TI under windows..

    Hello bobbyjak,

    I can recommend the two folowing steps concerning the TRdww problem:

    1. Run some antispyware and antivirus software;
    2. Try to uninstall Acronis True Image and install it from scratch.

    Thank you.
