TI 8.0 won't backup to external Firewire drive...

    When I use True Image 8.0 to backup my "C" drive to the external firewire drive, it won't see it at first and then it comes up with an error reading cylinder 0. If I use USB 2.0 on the external drive, then it works just fine. Does anyone know what might be going on here? I like the Firewire much better as it is quite a bit faster. Thanks.
