TI 11 - poorly thought out

I am a TI Home 10 man, looking at TI 11.
Now, how badly constructed could this "upgrade" be? Menus all over the place which just don't add-up. For example "tools" at the top has totally different links to the one named "tools" on the side.

It took me over 5 mins to find the link to "validate" an archive.

You'd think as a regular user of TI10 that I'd be up to speed in seconds. But I must have spent an hour fiddling with the new software and I still don't get it.

Acronis missed a massive opportunity here to clean-up the interface. They need some "men in the street" programmers instead of what I can only think must be geeky "fish-bowl" types.
