If TI 10 was working with your present system, go back to TI 10.

    Hello fazerjam,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.
The 11.0.0.8010 indicates that you're using build 8010 of Acronis True Image 11 Home. The first thing to be recommended is to download and install the latest build (8027) of the product, which is available at our web site.

Please use your serial number to register your copy of Acronis True Image 11 Home at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/ and then you will be able to download the installation package for the latest build from http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/products/

If the problem is not eliminated by installing the latest build of the product please submit a request for technical support via web form. Provide the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

We are always at your service should you have any further questions.

    Thank you,

    Best Regards,
    Alexey Bogomolov
