TI 10 Home EMail Notification

  1. Hi,
    the email-notification does not work for me.
    The testmail is always ok, but no mail after a backup operation.
    Any idea?

    did you check any of the options in the email setup to tell it what files to send ?
     
  3. Hi,
    I found the answer. It was the desktop firewall on my music server.

    The test mail is sent out by trueimage.exe in the program files directory of Acronis True Image Home. This application had the right to use port 25.
    The regular notification mails get sent out by another application ("trueimagenotify.exe") - I don't know the directory path on english language systems. This program was blocked by the firewall.

    Now everything is ok.
