    Hi

Just recently upgraded to v3.1 and since so doing find that my incoming email is being diverted to the trash folder.
Can any advise as to why this happening and perhaps enlighten me how to rectify this problem.

Furthermore I notice that mail appears to be cued alphabetically as opposed to date. Can anyone advise how to rectify this occurrence.
Any further info required will be forwarded upon request
    Tks

xonk, go to Tools > Account Settings... > highligh Server Settings under your present account. Click on the Advanced.. button (next to Empty Trash On Exit box) and make sure that Global Inbox (Local Folders Account) is selected.

Click on the Date column header to sort by date.

Post back and let's us know if the above info helped fixed these issues.

To further Cudni's comment, go to Tools > Account Settings... > highlight Junk Settings under your present account. Un-check Enable Adaptive Junk Mail Control For This Account and see what happens. Also, take a look at the other options in this section to see if something is not correct.

Then, one last thing: go to Tools > Message Filters and see if a rule was created directing mail to trash.
