thumbnail program

    can anybody recommend a good program for creating thumbnails of either pictures or videos, i need something that creates a file or database of the thumbs created in the folder they were created i dont mind paying so long as its not stupidly expensive but free is better

    I recommend Paint.net FREE. If you need pro photo software, either Zoner Photo Studio 18 or Photoshop CS6 are excellent.

    New versions of the latter are rentware now.
