Thoughts on Symantec Ghost 12 (GSS 3.1)

Any one tried the new version of Symantec Ghost 12, part of Symantec Ghost Solutions 3.1? https://www.symantec.com/theme/ghost?id=ghost

It seems that it supports Windows 10 UEFI and can also create a WinPE 5.1 boot CD to do both backup and restores!

Yes IFW is great, but recently I had problem when I couid not boot after restoring my Linux system (with Grub), even support couldn't help much!

I still use it for my Windows images.

 

I was a massive fan / user of Symantec (not Norton) Ghost over the years due to its massive batch support and complete automation but the speed of creating / restoring images is ridiculous compared to Drive Snapshot (that can also be fully automated).
