This is UNACCEPTABLE

    So I've been having problems with ESET Smart Security and it's firewall, not allowing me to play online games. I've been emailing with them back and forth since April, but my newest case started on June 20th, where they asked me to run Sysinspector and send them a copy to help me fix the problem. So far there has been zero progress and today when I woke up, I received a new email from them. Asking me to run Sysinspector and send them a copy...

    The best part? It's still in the original email at the very bottom, because I've always just hit Reply and left the original stuff in there... I've also asked about canceling my 2 year account, was told they will send it to the proper department, and now nothing.
