I've been thiinking of trying Comodo Firewall. I see v3 is about to released. I see a few screenshots but was wondering if v3 is a rule based firewall.

Can it be set so that it will ask for everything that wants to access the internet?

Does it work similar to Outpost?

    Thanks

Shelty there are still a few issues with the Beta, mainly with the defence + HIPS,so I'd suggest trying it with defence + disabled or waiting a week or 2 for the release candidate.

Of course, i forgot, standard WARNING concerning beta programs applies. You should try it if you know what you're doing, or you have a good backup strategy.

    Cheers
