These two phases should be removed from the final version

the First one is the word "Update" up above
the second one is the sentence in the middle. it is gild the lily.

Maybe there are "too much" for you but for me there are informative.

 

But it already says "Virus signature database is up to date" in a very large font format.

 

"Update" and "up to date" are not the same thing.
"Update" refers, as far as I can tell, to the section/tab of the window you're in. It will change to "Home", for example, when you click on home. As such it seems superfluous because the left part of the window already shows where you are.
"Up to date" refers to the fact that the virus signature database is apparently the most recent one.

 

The "Update" on the top: it doesn't mean anything. if you want to return, you can click the icon on the left.

The sentence on the middle: it is almost the same sentence as the sentence in bold "Virus signature data base is up to date"

 

I don't see any reason to change this. It is consistent with the other screens in the product.
