    I must say I'm quite surprised, I thought that macOS was way more popular. I'm also surprised that ChromeOS has become such a success.

    If you don't require Windows compatibility, then Chromebooks are a great option. I recently used some old Chromebooks and was very impressed. They powered on or woke from sleep as soon as I opened the lid, booted and automatically launched Chrome very quickly, and everything was very snappy. While I don't plan to ditch Windows any time soon, I much rather use a Chromebook than a Mac. Before using Chromebooks, I thought I wouldn't like them, but I was wrong.

    The only thing I liked about it was the Asphalt video game, but I would never consider a ChromeBook. If the problem with DPI scaling won't be fixed on Windows in the future, I will probably buy a MacBook.
