The transition to ESET Smart Security 5

    Hi everyone:) I have ESET SS 4th. I wonder if I have to wipe my version 4 before installing the new version or to simply switch from the old version 5 over. I do not know whether it will offer four to move to the new version so I wonder. Thank you in advance for your response to everyone:)

    It is recommended to uninstall v4, first.

    Thank you:) I'm worried about reinstalling because I have a 6, 7 to quarantine the virus. If I delete my V4 fear that viruses are not at liberty again :doubt:

    Quarantined files are encrypted and safely stored, they cannot be activated by accident.
