The personal firewall is disabled most likely due,,,,,,

I have encountered a lot of trouble with Eset Smart
Security home edition.
First problem i had was that after installation web
browsers wouldn't work nor would other programs
requiring internet..ex Yahoo messenger.
I uninstalled program downloaded your updated version
from your page and reinstalled.
Now everything works BUT eset smart security.
I keep having this same message if i click the red
icon in the task bar:"The personal firewall is
disabled most likely due to its installation being
corrupted. We recommend that you reinstall eset smart
security as soon as possible|". I did uninstall-
reboot, reinstall- reboot, uninstall - reboot, and
reinstall reboot sequence several times same result.
Opening Personal Firewall configuration says: " No
filtering mode defined. The personal Firewall is
malfunctioning A computer restart may be required"
It's pointless to say that a computer restart doesn't
solve the problem.
Now I downloaded SysInspector and saved a log file
that i am attaching here.
Please advise what am i supposed to do.

Hi, this type of error is often caused by leftovers from a previous antivirus installation. Just checking, did you completely uninstall any old AV software?

 

well duh...i think i did...i used add/remove software from control panel to remove ZA i had how do i check if everything is completeley removed? what do i do next?
