It means a new version of the Kaspersky SDK engine.

    Hi,
What is the right thing to do with the built-in Windows Firewall when you install ZAPro?
    - Let's Zone Alarm configure-it during setup (Firewall control panel show red statut but the service is still set to automatic)?
    - Disable or set to manual the service (uhm, maybe properly filtering altered cause of dependencies)?
    -...............
    Thanks.

Install ZA while windows firewall is active. ZA will turn it off. If, for whatever reason ZA will shutdown then windows firewall will kick-in automatically. This will ensure you will keep been protected.

Just now downloaded "zafwSetupWeb_151_504_17269" free to install on my XP Professional sp3 desktop; it is supposed to be compatible with XP sp3. When I attempted to install it I received the message to go to "zonealarm.com/xp to download an installer for XP. The address did not take me to where I could find an installer. Anyone know what they are talking about? As always I will appreciate all applies and would thank you in advance.

I can see a list of installers at zonealarm.com/xp, don't you see? Just push to the "Download Now" on the right free version.

When I access zonealarm.com/xp, I see options to download different versions of zonealarm software but only one option to download a free firewall version; and that particular option doesn't appear to be something that could install the 2017 Free Firewall Version that clearly states is compatible with XP. Am I missing something? When I downloaded the 2017 Free Version and attempted to install it the message stated to go to zonealarm.com/xp to download an installer which, in my simple mind, meant a program that would allow me to install the 2017 version not some older version. May just be me but I expect a company that offers a free program to its customers and states it to be compatible with an older system should be sure simpletons like me can install it. Again, am I missing something. Thanks for trying to help me I hate being such a bother.

No, the only ZA version supporting XP is V.14 that you find at that web address.

Well gave it go and no. Paid for version popping up ads unacceptable.
Total crap for a paid for product. At least they are good at giving refunds.

Paid, key has entered for two days (ZA Pro) , just pop-up today.
When I called for refund, they said it should only happen once after you click the X to close the window.
Screw that. I can understand happening in the free version.
