Is there a such a thing as the perfect Linux distro, Dedoimedo asks? Well, today you will find out what could happen if there were no limits to our technological reality, and we could fork and spoon and splice as we please. Try to enjoy.

just my 2 cents: I feel ubuntu with default Unity interface + Cairo Dock is prettier than OpenSUSE.

    See attached.

some ppl might prefer KDE which is more similar to Windows interface.

I tried several over the past few months. So far I like Linux Mint Debian Edition. Ubuntu is a 2nd close.

    Mrk,

You forgot to mention how good Debian is at upgrades in the package management section, which IMHO is a big advantage over others.
