While they're at it they should do something about AT&T and others that when you call to cancel they charge you for the rest of the billing cycle even if you are on the first day of it.
AT&T is horrible. I contacted a live agent once just to ask a question and had to listen to a 15 minute sales blitz.
They was near impossible to cancel in the 1980's in-person. Before cellphone and Internet. You practically had to have an attorney to keep them from locking you down with billings after you already cancelled and they agreed to it.
They don't seem to take no for an answer. That said I've kept it going for the deals they offer me. I don't use it much but it's there if I want it for cheap.
The music seems to be pretty low bitrate but I'll call it worth what I pay for it as I've never paid full price.
